It's a pity that M/Thomassen never verbalized his concern to me during our 8mo. listing period.He was previously listed with another agency for 6mo.I can safely assume he had every opportunity to interview as many agents he deemed appropriate.It's inaccurate for him to state that he came to this conclusion"a bit late".This is also not the 1st home I have listed&sold for him.Again,how unhappy could he have been that he chose to do business w/me a 2nd time?Most sellers would disagree that taking 8mos.to sell a property qualifies as“selling quickly¬ in the seller's interest".After numerous showings&multiple offers,it is safe to say that the house sold at market. I think it was the price he is most unhappy about.The market failed to meet his expectations.I don't control the market.I am so confident in my knowledge of my market,the effectiveness of my marketing,& my nego.skills that I will offer a $500 credit toward my commission to any future seller who mentions this review.
